THE OFFER
Built for organizations that need more than task support.
Most organizations do not need someone to come in, fix one thing, and leave. They need someone who shows up consistently, knows the operation, and makes sure nothing quietly falls apart while everyone is focused on the mission.
That is what this retainer is. An ongoing, embedded ops function tailored to what your organization actually needs. The scope is confirmed before anything is signed. The price reflects your reality, not a preset package.
You work directly with me. Not a team member. Not a subcontractor. Me.
WHAT CHANGES
What changes when someone else owns the operations.
Before, you were the one tracking it. Checking on it. Following up on it. Remembering it. Worrying about whether it was going to fall through before the week was over.
Programs kept running because you were watching them. Events got coordinated because you caught things before they slipped. Staff knew what to do because you made sure they did. Updates happened because you sent them.
That is not leadership. That is operational load wearing a leadership title.
When someone else owns the operational layer, the organization keeps moving without you having to carry it. Programs run on schedule. Your week looks different. Not because less is happening. Because less of it is happening to you.
That is the shift this engagement is designed to create.
THE TIERS
Find the right level of support.
Each tier is built around a different depth of operational need. Where you land within the price range depends on your organization's complexity, how deeply embedded the work needs to be, and the volume of activity within your services. All of this is confirmed during discovery.
TIER 1
Steady Hold
$2,000 - $2,500
per month
RIGHT FOR
Smaller or newer organizations with predictable, lower-volume operational needs. You need one thing done well and consistently, without heavy coordination across multiple functions.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
Up to 3 Foundational services, or 1 Core service plus 1 Foundational service.
EXAMPLE
A small nonprofit keeping member records current and sending routine communications while running one renewal campaign each cycle. Consistent support that keeps the baseline steady.
TIER 2
Steady Partner
$3,000 - $3,500
per month
RIGHT FOR
Organizations with more moving parts. You are managing multiple functions and need them owned and coordinated at the same time. Higher activity volume or organizational complexity than Tier 1.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
1 Advanced service as your primary focus plus up to 2 Foundational services, or 1 Core service plus up to 2 Foundational services. Paths cannot be combined.
EXAMPLE
A founder who needs someone owning the full backend of their community platform, handling routine member communications, and keeping process documentation current as the organization grows.
TIER 3
Steady Anchor
$4,500 - $5,500
per month
RIGHT FOR
Organizations in active growth, transition, or managing significant operational complexity across multiple functions simultaneously. You need a true embedded ops partner, not just support on one area.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
Two Advanced services plus Foundational support, or a high-volume combination of Core and Foundational services across multiple functions. The specific combination is scoped and confirmed in discovery before the engagement begins.
EXAMPLE
A growing organization that needs the full operational health of the organization managed, a recurring program coordinated end to end with external participants, and process documentation maintained throughout.
Scope and pricing confirmed in discovery
PROCESS
How the Engagement Works
Every retainer starts with a conversation, not a contract.
01
You submit an inquiry.
Share a little about your organization and what is not getting the attention it needs. No commitment required at this stage.
02
I follow up within two to three business days.
I review your submission and reach out to schedule a discovery conversation. Whether you are ready now or planning ahead, I look forward to learning more about your work.
03
We have an honest conversation.
No pressure. I ask questions, listen carefully, and tell you honestly whether this engagement is the right fit for what you need right now.
04
If it is a fit, I send a proposal.
Within two to three business days I will send a written proposal scoped to your actual situation. Pricing is in the proposal, not on the call.
05
We agree on scope and begin.
Once you approve the proposal we finalize the agreement and begin. The engagement continues month to month until either party provides 14 days written notice.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THIS SERVICE
Built From Real Operational Work
Before founding Remotely Brilliant, I spent years as the embedded ops function for a national nonprofit's member services department. I owned the full operational layer, not as support, but as the person accountable for outcomes.
By year two, membership had grown by ten percent. By year three, retention had reached seventy percent, the highest in the organization's history. Those numbers did not come from a campaign. They came from building operations that made the member experience reliable enough that people stayed, and clear enough that new members could be served well from day one.
That is the kind of operational ownership this retainer delivers. Not task support. Consistent, accountable ops work that keeps the organization moving without you having to carry it.
