Service Description
Before any service begins, we start here. This is a free, 15 to 20 minute conversation to understand what you are navigating and whether Remotely Brilliant is the right fit for your situation. There is no pitch, no pressure, and no commitment required on either side. You share what is feeling heavy or broken in your operations. I listen, ask a few clarifying questions, and tell you honestly whether I can help and what that support would look like. If there is alignment, I will recommend the most appropriate starting point and walk you through next steps. If there is not, I will tell you that too and point you in a better direction. This call is open to anyone exploring any of the following services: The Steady Scan, the Workflow Reset Day, the Steady Sprint, the Steady Operations Retainer, or the Website and CX Audit. Come as you are. No prep required.
Cancellation Policy
At Remotely Brilliantâ„¢, my work is grounded in clarity and mutual respect. This policy ensures our time together is used well on both sides. Booking Fit calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings are not accepted. Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled call at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours are noted but carry no penalty since this call is free. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the call will need to be rescheduled. I hold this time specifically for you and cannot extend into the next slot. What to Expect This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. No prep required. We will spend 15 to 20 minutes getting clear on what you are navigating and whether Remotely Brilliant is the right next step. Next Steps If there is a good fit, I will follow up within one business day with a recommended service and clear next steps. There is no obligation to proceed.
