The STEADY Session™ is a diagnostic session designed to bring clarity, direction, and one practical next step to strengthen your systems. It is a calm, guided experience that helps you understand what is behind the friction so you can move forward with confidence and focus. ⸻ What Happens During the Session We move through three phases of The STEADY Framework™ to uncover the root cause of what is slowing you down. • Set: Clarify purpose. What are you really trying to achieve behind the scenes? • Track: Identify breakdowns. Where does the work depend too much on you? • Yield: Reflect and prioritize. What one shift would make the biggest difference? You will leave with a clear sense of why things feel off and what is causing it. ⸻ After the Session Within 24 hours, you will receive your personalized STEADY Snapshot™, a one-page clarity summary that includes: • A quick steadiness rating across the six STEADY phases • Two or three key observations from our conversation • One recommended next focus area This helps you see what is working, what is straining, and where small refinements could make a big difference. ⸻ What You’ll Receive By the end of this process, you will have practical clarity and a clear next step for strengthening your systems. • A focused 45-minute diagnostic conversation using The STEADY Framework™ • Your personalized STEADY Snapshot™ (one-page clarity summary) • One recommended next step to strengthen your systems • A $97 credit toward your first project if you choose to continue ⸻ What Is Not Included This session is designed for clarity, not implementation, so it does not include: • Workflow maps or SOPs • Tool setup or optimization • Templates or detailed plans ⸻ After Your Session The STEADY Session™ is often the first step for clients who want to work with greater ease and intention. Some choose to make small refinements on their own. Others continue the work through a Workflow Reset Day, 90-Day Sprint, or ongoing support. There is no pressure to decide on the call.
