Workflow Reset Day
A focused, high-impact day that transforms one messy system into a clear, repeatable workflow.
Service Description
Every business has one system that keeps breaking. Maybe it is your client onboarding, your project delivery, or your internal admin handoffs that never seem to stay organized. The Workflow Reset Day gives you a focused, high-impact rebuild that turns frustration into flow. You will spend one dedicated day with me refining the system that is slowing you down. We will co-design a streamlined, sustainable process that fits how your work actually happens, so you can stop patching problems and start operating with steadiness. ⸻ What’s Included 1. Discovery and Focus You will complete a short prep form and meet for a 60-minute strategy call with the system owner. This ensures the fix fits the way the work is actually done. 2. Workflow Review Together, we will map the process, identify points of friction, and clarify what is slowing your operations. 3. The Reset Session I rebuild or refine the workflow in real time. You will receive: • A repeatable, simplified process • One SOP or checklist • Tool or template adjustments in your current setup 4. Implementation Support You will receive a Loom walkthrough and seven days of light follow-up for small clarifications. 5. Reflection A short reflection prompt helps you measure success and maintain progress. ⸻ Why It Works Because we co-design the system with the person who owns it, adoption happens naturally and accountability stays clear. The result is one functional, sustainable workflow that works as hard as you do.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in working together. Project discovery calls are offered to confirm fit, scope, and direction for the Workflow Reset Day or STEADY Sprint. These conversations are not sales calls. They are intentional, focused discussions to determine whether one of these services is the right next step and, if so, how to move forward thoughtfully. ⸻ Scheduling Discovery calls are scheduled by request and reviewed before confirmation. If it looks like a potential fit, your requested meeting time will be approved and reserved. Calls are 45 minutes and conducted via video conference. ⸻ Preparation Please review the service descriptions before our call so you’re familiar with the purpose and structure of each option. Come prepared to talk through what’s feeling stuck, what kind of support you’re looking for, and what outcomes would feel most helpful right now. This conversation is most useful when there’s a clear challenge to discuss, even if the solution isn’t yet defined. ⸻ Scope of the Call This call is used to: - clarify what’s happening behind the scenes - confirm whether a Workflow Reset Day or STEADY Sprint is the best fit - determine scope, timing, and next steps No work is completed during the call. If we decide to move forward, next steps will be confirmed and invoicing will follow separately. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or late cancellations may limit the ability to reschedule. ⸻ A Note on Fit Not every inquiry will move forward. If this support isn’t the right fit, I’ll let you know clearly and respectfully. This protects everyone’s time and ensures that the work stays focused, intentional, and steady. Thank you for honoring the intention behind this space.
