Discovery & Intention A short pre-audit form clarifies your goals, audience, and who manages your site. I collaborate with the person who updates it to ensure recommendations fit their workflow. 2. User Journey Review I explore your site like a potential customer would, documenting friction such as: • Unclear calls to action or navigation • Hidden or inconsistent pricing • Overloaded pages or confusing copy • Gaps between your brand promise and on-page experience 3. Findings & Fixes You receive a written Website & CX Audit Report with your top issues, quick wins, and practical improvements. I also provide notes on accessibility, mobile usability, and next-step priorities. 4. Optional Add-On: Content Brief An outline for your main page showing what sections to include, their purpose, and how to strengthen headlines and calls to action. 5. Walk-Through & Next Steps We’ll meet for a 30-minute review call where I explain what to tackle first and how to keep the improvements consistent as you grow. Cancellation Policy

Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your audit and review session. This confirms your place in my schedule and allows work to begin right away. Cancellations & Rescheduling Because audit work begins immediately after your booking, cancellations are not eligible for refunds once the pre-audit form has been submitted. If you need to reschedule your review call, please do so at least 24 hours in advance or the scheduled call. Your audit will still be completed and your report delivered as planned. If you miss your review call without notice, you will receive your written audit report and Loom walk-through by email, but the call cannot be rescheduled. Refunds Due to the nature of this service (custom work completed in advance), no refunds are provided after work has begun. If you decide not to move forward after booking but, before submitting your pre-audit form, you may request a 75% refund within 24 hours of purchase. Add-On Policy (Content Brief) If you purchased the optional Content Brief, it will be delivered within 2–3 business days after your review call. This component is non-refundable once creation begins. Timeline You will receive your Website & CX Audit Report within 5 business days of submitting your pre-audit form. Delays in submitting your form may delay delivery. Communication All communication regarding your audit and scheduling will occur via email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive the confirmation or pre-audit form link within one hour of booking.
