This service is designed for founders or small teams who are ready to move beyond quick fixes and build a strong, sustainable operational foundation. Together, we take one part of your business that feels heavy or chaotic and turn it into a system that holds steady through growth and change. Unlike traditional consulting or done-for-you setups, the Steady Sprint is a co-creation process. Every strategy session includes the person who owns the process, so the solution fits real workflows, not assumptions. By designing with the people who use the system, we build structures that are clear, intuitive, built to last, and actually get implemented. ⸻ What’s Included 1. Clarity and Direction (Set) We begin with a deep-dive session to define the system’s purpose, scope, and desired outcomes. This creates alignment between what you need and what will support your capacity. 2. System Mapping (Track) We document what is really happening inside your current process, identifying breakdowns and friction points that block progress. 3. Design and Documentation (Establish) I rebuild the workflow, document it step by step, and refine tools or templates within your current setup. 4. Alignment and Adoption (Align) We walk through the new process together, test for fit, and train anyone involved to ensure consistency and confidence. 5. Measure and Refine (Deliver & Yield) After implementation, we review performance, capture insights, and make small adjustments to keep the system running smoothly. ⸻ Investment $2,700 or two payments of $1,550 ⸻ Timeline Six to ten weeks total. Clients can expect to start feeling relief in the first two to three weeks. The remaining time ensures the system sticks. ⸻ Why It Works When people build their own systems, they use them. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in working together. Project discovery calls are offered to confirm fit, scope, and direction for the Workflow Reset Day or STEADY Sprint. These conversations are not sales calls. They are intentional, focused discussions to determine whether one of these services is the right next step and, if so, how to move forward thoughtfully. ⸻ Scheduling Discovery calls are scheduled by request and reviewed before confirmation. If it looks like a potential fit, your requested meeting time will be approved and reserved. Calls are 45 minutes and conducted via video conference. ⸻ Preparation Please review the service descriptions before our call so you’re familiar with the purpose and structure of each option. Come prepared to talk through what’s feeling stuck, what kind of support you’re looking for, and what outcomes would feel most helpful right now. This conversation is most useful when there’s a clear challenge to discuss, even if the solution isn’t yet defined. ⸻ Scope of the Call This call is used to: - clarify what’s happening behind the scenes - confirm whether a Workflow Reset Day or STEADY Sprint is the best fit - determine scope, timing, and next steps No work is completed during the call. If we decide to move forward, next steps will be confirmed and invoicing will follow separately. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
